Critical infrastructure for the region: ZVL provides essential operational redundancy for the Edmonton Region, including a diversion and staging option for medevac and emergency services. That role underpins continued investment in the airfield and its facilities.

Available Opportunities
As activity grows, so does demand for supporting commercial services — fuel, food and convenience retail among them. Early tenants have the opportunity to establish themselves as the airport’s commercial base develops.

Site plans and parcel diagrams are available for download. Edmonton Airports works with prospective tenants early in the process to confirm that a proposed use is compatible with airport operations and long-term airport planning.
